Project Overview
The Regiment Project focused on transforming a sloped property into a functional, tiered layout that supports both everyday use and future backyard amenities. Hammel Hardscapes installed a large paver driveway, raised the front yard with a retaining wall to create a flat surface for vehicle access, and constructed a rear wall to support the planned pool and patio. Executed in two distinct phases, the project aimed to provide structure, beauty, and long-term usability for the entire property.
This project focused on transforming a complex, sloped property into a structured and functional layout, designed to support both everyday use and future upgrades. By executing the work in two clear phases, Hammel Hardscapes delivered a high-end paver driveway, multiple retaining walls, and a clean property boundary. Driveway Excavation and Preparation
The sloped front yard was cleared and graded to create a level base that could support a 3,500 square foot paver driveway.
Front Retaining Wall Installation
A structural retaining wall was constructed at the front of the property to raise the earth and form a flat, stable surface for the driveway.
3,500 Sqft Paver Driveway
A large-scale paver driveway was installed to provide both visual appeal and daily functionality for vehicles and foot traffic.
Rear Tiered Retaining Wall
At the back of the property, a multi-level retaining wall was built to support the area where a pool and patio will eventually be added.
Property Division Wall
A dividing wall was added between the homeowner’s lot and the neighboring property to enhance structure, privacy, and boundary definition.
Phased Project Execution
Work was completed in two separate phases. The front wall and driveway took approximately six weeks, followed by a three-week period for the rear wall.
